arc•in•form - Formed in 2004, our aim, to produce high quality contemporary spaces that is enjoyable and sustainable. Each project starts with an assessment of its physical, social and economic conditions.We work closely with our clients, in order to quickly and flexible create a sensible brief. We communicate this efficiently, effectively and clearly, to ensure a high standard of quality of each project. We produce high quality modern designs through the creative, imaginative and an informed use of materials. Our tools that allow us to deliver a personal and professional service include; hand drawings, computer drawings, computer generated models, specifications, physical models and animation studies. In order to achieve this we keep our collaborations on clear and simple lines from beginning to completion; focusing on the real needs of the client, advising and attainability of the brief, the need for accurate survey and site investigation. We may make Feasibility studies to establish design principals, advise on planning, building regulation and other consents, prepare outline schemes and final design proposals, provide technical information,specifications and drawings for construction, according to the needs of each project. During the construction period monitor the works, advise on contractors management of the project and inspect the works when we are involved in the construction process. Η αρχιτεκτονική ομάδα arc•in•form ιδρυθηκε το 2004 απο την συνεργασία του Justin Smith BA (Hons) MA RCA RIBA και της Χριστίνας Κάππου BA (Hons) Dipl Arch σε έργα στο Λονδίνο και την Αθήνα με κοινό στόχο την υψηλή ποιότητα σύγχρονων, ευχάριστων και βιώσιμων χώρων. Με βασική έδρα δραστηριοτήτων την Αθήνα, με στενούς εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και μελετητές και με τον απαραίτητο τεχνολογικό εξοπλισμό, η αρχιτεκτονική ομάδα arc•in•form μπορεί να παρέχει τον πλήρη κύκλο υπηρεσιών που περιλαμβάνει την εκπόνηση των μελετών (προμελέτη, οριστική μελέτη και προωθημένη οριστική μελέτη), την εξασφάλιση των εγκρίσεων που απαιτούνται για την έκδοση οικοδομικής αδείας, τη διαδικασία διεκπεραίωσης της οικοδομικής αδείας και την υψηλή επίβλεψη του έργου. Από κατοικίες μέχρι διαμορφώσεις εσωτερικών χώρων, κάθε νέο έργο αρχίζει με αξιολόγηση των φυσικών, κοινωνικών και των οικονομικών παραμέτρων. Architecture-in-formation was established
in October 2004 by: Ο Justin. S. C. Smith κατέχει 15 ετή εμπειρία σε Λονδίνο, Ελσίνκι και Αθήνα σε κατοικίες, χώρους γραφείων και εμπορικους χώρους. Αποφοιτησε με έπαινο απο το Greenwich University, κατέχει Master's Degree in Architecture Royal College of Arts και είναι καταρτισμένο μέλος του Royal Institute of British Architects - RIBA ΙΙΙ. Έχει συνεργαστεί με σημαντικά αρχιτεκτονικά γραφεία στο Λονδίνο και στην Αθήνα όπως ZEGE, Domorinthos και Atkins. Christina Kappou: BA (Hons), Dip Arch. Christina finished her studies at Metropolitan University London and following graduation has worked on refurbishment projects in London and Athens. She has undertaken office fit-out, refurbishment and recently worked on hotel and office projects. She is still collaborating with the architectural practice ZEGE in Athens. She is keen on ambient open spaces, playful design and a modern approach to form and function. Η Χριστίνα Κάππου BA (Hons), Dip Arch. τελείωσε τις σπουδές αρχιτεκτονικής στο Μetropolitan University στο Λονδίνο και έκτοτε εργάσθηκε σε Λονδίνο και Αθήνα. Έχει εμπειρία σε κατοικίες. εμπορικούς χώρους και χώρους γραφείων. Συνεργάζεται ακόμα με το αρχιτεκτονικό γραφείο ZEGE στην Αθήνα. |
